It is possible for you to level up farming very quick in lower levels with bagged plants. To achieve this, you'll need to live in Rimmington RS Gold. Bring along 3 watering cans that are filled with water, along with a bag of coins and as many noted plants you'd like.
Find the wooden house near the POH portal. You can then remove them by talking to NPC. After that just go to your house and plant, then water, then remove them. Then go back to refill with water (east from the source) and remove any plants. Repeat the process for the length of time you'd like but be aware that this is a very costly method and is best used because of that only at lower levels.
To begin as a farmer you will need to set up your equipment as per what you would like to cultivate. The most important things are spade, rake saplings, and ultracompost in the same quantity as saplings. You also need a farmer's costume (if not locked) grace outfit (if not locked), axe, coins or runes that can be used to access teleports. If you intend to practice on the herb patches, you'll need secateurs.
For the first time in farming you should complete Fairy Tale Part 1 quest that is simple and is not too long. It's not just about taking you from the first level to 17th level but also supply you with magic secateurs that are very beneficial during farming classes.
Then, you may start doing different methods or focus on doing quests that reward farming skills. There are plenty of quests which can be completed with almost any requirements. If you think that questing is a possibility for you following Fairy Tale part 1 you could try: Forgettable tale of a Drunken Dwarf, Garden of Tranquility, My Arm's Big Adventure OSRS Fire Cape Buy, Enlightened Journey and Recipe for Disaster (at least). Goblin General part).
