I finally found someone to let me know why I was exiled. Beware, using SteelRake as well as completing the HairPin quest could get you banned if you turn it into multiple times. That's exactly what I did with my fellow players part of the LFG group I was in. It was our plan to kill mobs, get the 12 hairpins, and then head to the Shugo , and then turn on our quest. After that we would go back in Steel Rake and continue in this fashion. In fact, this is what most people would have done even before the game first came out in 2009. I did not know this was an exploit! I then contacted them, asking if it was an exploit or a false negative on their part. It's not clear if this could be an exploit, however it appears to be an intentional decision. However, be cautious when you're doing this using the hairpin quest.

This is insane. There were some crazy groups in LFG that were just posting for hairpin quest groups. It's possible that a lot of those who were banned weren't aware that this was a glitch. It's not that hard to make a change to the game. Instead of having to ban 15 percent of their participants, why not just fix it? I'm happy I didn't join any of these groups because I was busy farming ap.
