The server's page class breakdown shows only characters that were uploaded to MyAion. It doesn't contain all aion classic kinah characters registered. There aren't many uploaded characters, as the MyAion DPS Meter version for classic servers remains in development.

NA's Siel and Israphel capacity is set at 9000 in each. You can also view the exact count of characters in the three regions (NA, RU, and JP) online when your mouse cursor is hovered over the bar with the percentage. Other regions doesn't share exact online numbers or server capacity, it's just percentages. However, you can estimate capacity by using the search function in the game. It could return upto 101 characters, meaning you will need to break your search results by class or maybe even by levels if there are a lot of players online. Be aware that EU has an e-commerce platform with a smaller server capacity. Stormwing's cap was 3000 last time I did it. But, Aion in EU has always had a bigger population and Classic could bring more people to EU.

I've played Aion at present and in the past. It's a great game and is supported by a company far too ambitious to be successful. Classic has had a disappointing launch because ncsoft forced the purchase of a subscription on its player base and also included microtransactions, including p2w elements that are in the game. Many f2p-based games don't attempt to accomplish both, and ncsoft seems to be trying to milk money from players in the buy aion classic kinah eu best way they can before the hype dies down. For whatever reason, private server aion is better at this point.
