I'm not as upset as the others which Ed Olczyk and Doc Emrick are not returning. Good comment in a sports game is not about the the individuality of their announcers. It's about the number from the script, the stitching and the access the developers have to the talent.As of now, I locate the NHL 21 Hut Coins commentary to be too insistent. There are far too many distinguishing stories and quips which I'm hearing in nearly every match. As much as I enjoy the franchise mode at NHL 21, I cannot neglect to mention that the shortage of staff personalization. The biggest reason NBA 2K's MyLeague is still the king of franchise modes is its customization suite.

NBA 2K lets you upload pictures for logos and also alter patterns for jerseys. NHL is still using a template-based production tool that forces you into a pair of pre-rendered logos. It is just not as enjoyable to relocate and rebrand a team.I'm presuming this will clean up, however, the game has been out for a week and that I still have problems with connectivity in Draft Champions. I had been getting an error message and even being made to restart points.Hopefully a patch is coming which will remove this problem.If you're a sports gamer that is not necessarily into baseball video games, then you may be missing out on a title that has generated a fast improving product within the previous couple of years.
