My main concern is they are going to tackle the cpu controlled teammates at MyTeam!?!'s basketball IQ I never knew why they have Defensive help IQ when on every fastbreak your opponent gets your teammates will probably run past the driving ball handler on his way to the rim to try to mark their man who's not even up court nonetheless! It's my biggest pet peeve in NBA 2K MT. Or you scaled up your man absolutely only to see your cpu controlled teammate run over and filthy him on the shot after you're already smothering himor when the shot clock is running down and the ball handler gets his back to the rim!
This year's game has never seen such ignorance! If it's not your center position a foot inside the half court line in offensive sets, then instantly obtaining a halfcourt violation when you pass to him because no matter what you do his first move would be to step back and plant his foot. Or your teammates who stand either 4 feet behind the 3 point line or directly on it catch and take 3s are constantly screwed up by having to reposition them after the catch. Or teammates that bring their defender directly for you while driving or just get in your way and clog your path. Or teammates that without fail do not do what they are supposed on screens. Or teammates that take off in their spot the second you try to pass to them for a simple turnover for your competitor.
2k20 has become in ridding you for playing good defense the worst! Many shots turn into aids for the group? Just how many times can you poke at a ball free from a ball handler to see it roll to an opponent to get a wide shot? How many times has the opposing teams SG captured rebounds against your entire frontcourt!?! Your badges don't mean squat offline. GOAT Hakeem with 99s and every HoF badge gets out rebounded with a 6' protector after you block three of his shots to observe him green which attempt. You shouldn't get punished for playing with defense nor should you have to attempt to triumph despite your teammates giving NBA 2K21 away!
The AI is mostly why I can not even stand playing career. I will be running an obvious pick and pop on peak of the key.when the teammate who had been terrifying in the corner another ago, is suddenly bringing his defender right to me. Or they'll fall on my driveway, and my teammate who should be spacing out is rather camping just outside the paint.then when I struck him, instead of yanking the easy mid selection, he does the exact same slow roll and layup animation every single time, either becoming blocked or smothered. And Buy NBA 2K MT Coins thought of"enhanced AI" so far is to simply blindly send doubles at you once you score several times.
