What people dont appear to state is RuneScape is mobile now.. Gone are the times you need to sit at your computer screen all day afk woodcutting, just do it on your phone while you get on with life it is simple. Each of the"osrs is a grind' opinions don't appear to take this into account and portray it as a super grindy no-life game! And 90 stats don't take as long as people appear to believe, 99 certain but that I do not see any issues with that, it is max degree after all.Been on iPhone for many years so I was just able to play OSRS mobile (99% of my play time is on mobile). Got tired of waiting for RS3 cellphone so that I changed into a S20+ and the OSRS gold next week they declare that RS3 cellphone closed beta will be launching soon.. Sad day.
That's true, but still, if somebody is saying they want to casually play still typically means they do not wish to / or cannot spend all day grinding even if it's on cellular. Trust me I know the greatness of having cellphone. RS3 phone continues to be incredible for someone like me that does not have the time or way to be in a notebook or desktop computer. Yea OSRS might not be too dumb as people say but RS3 is still waaay faster and better for a casual participant or simply a participant who has a lot of real life responsibilities that does not permit them to play with a lot. When you have limited quantity of match time, mobile or otherwise, it creates a major difference on this grind's rate.
I am maxed in RS3 and awakened with quest buy RS gold point cape in OSRS on 1900 complete. I still prefer OSRS on almost all aspects, which is the reason why it's my primary game of the two. Some argue that bossing is much better in RS3, but to me I'd rather play WoW classic again if I desired ability established bossing, RS3 is so clunky with all the tick system. OSRS has the signup system, yes, but it's unique though it's not as interactive as RS3's system. That said, you said for play. So talking supervisors may not be appropriate. Since you're a returning player, OSRS is more approachable and easy to pick up on. RS3 still confuses me, because I've taken many fractures over the years, and the gaps in knowledge of what's been released is revealing.
But RS3 permits you both to progress faster on the low end but on the top end of skilling. OSRS is such and more of a grind using xp prices. Of if you will find any YT string or these, 14, on the note RS3 content creation is dead to be honest. If you prefer the material production aspects (flows, youtube collection, jagex hosted events such as DMM) then OSRS is where to be. I don't think either is a terrible choice, but OSRS is my go to. (Except for today that we have obtained a new ability to mill out in RS3).
