This is what I normally do
I believe that not-to-be-missed items that are not named will vanish quickly in WOW Classic TBC Gold later expansions. I could think of a few wotlk items, maybe 2-3 cata items, but not a single item beyond that in any expansions except the maledict trinket that wasent notable for any reason...
To me, 2 healing NB is enough, I simply pot early , and back up until near fully mana. I also have a shadow friend in the 2nd phase of ground and then pot CD restored before the end of the fight , if I require it. I also carry runes , but seldom use them, except when SHTF
This is what I normally do , too, when being with my guild and I am able to meet my fellow members. The bangle has been a great choice for pugs. It's great to use for tailswiping when dogs aren't fast enough and weaker than I am or have chaotic air phase.
The Healer trinkets appear to be disappointing for a P1. I'm still using Essence of Martyr + Rev Gem as my primary. The only thing that has changed is Gem for Eye of Gruul (or Blue Dragon on Nightbane) or Eye of buy TBC Classic Gold Gruul (or Mag trash). There's Bangle, Warp-Scarab brooch, and Bangle. But none are very impactful.
