Why does the Grand Exchange's price not adjust to demand and supply? Include any other examples that also show the Grand Exchange price doesn't seem to be adjusting in line with current supply and OSRS Gold demand.

Gielinor offers a level of domestic tech that is similar to that of the 15th or 16th century. This period, though evidently more ancient than many fantasy RPGs, has castles with cannons and Renaissance costume. There are however some striking anachronisms.

A lot of homes and buildings are now equipped with water-saving faucets. This was a breakthrough in technology that wasn't realized in real life until several decades after the time period. While this may be a result of magic, it would still be a major impact on society.

Other examples are easily identified One of the most notorious examples in this field is the really sort of absurdity of modern machines such as those in the Elemental Workshop (these, of course, run on magic, however their designs are completely incoherent with the other world).

Although less concrete but still tangible - though not quite anachronistic, per say - is the large number real-world names found on Gielinor. While I do not like the idea that Gielinorian humans originated from Cheap RuneScape 2007 Gold Earth, it seems plausible. However, the remnants of "ancient name" names would probably have been lost and not be in common use.
