Two players selected earlier than Sewell at the time of the draft ended up with overall ratings over him: Denver's Patrick Surtain II and Philadelphia's DeVonta Smith.
Last year, Lions' first-round draft choice Jeff Okudah earned an overall rating of 76. start the season. But after a season plagued by injuries it will be interesting to learn how he's assessed in the upcoming edition of Madden.
