Player Owned Shops is not a skill. The Owner of the store, shop or buisness, can create unique shops. When it's a bigger company, they can have a maximum of 5 stores. It may have just one kind of item (I.E. Logs, Ores and bars, runes etc.). That is so POS will not compete with NPC owned shops. You may start off with a single store. Players can get to OSRS Gold the shop using a POS portal site (In same town's as POH's). The customer can come in and use the option'Trade Store Owner' to see an inventory of items, just like in NPC shops. As soon as they choose that a note will soon appear in the conversation screen saying"Purchase request delivered to owner." This is just in case the owner does not want to sell all of his inventory and want's to save some of his stock, because they are low on the item. The owner will have the ability to set the prices (No more or less than GE costs ). Prices can be adjusted based on fluxuating GE prices. Now on the workers.

The clerks will those keeping the shop, repairing cracks in the ceiling, stocking materials and money. The workers will soon be outside the front lines getting stuff for the store. Logs, Ore, Bars, Runes etc.. The owner will then purchase the items in the employees, who are officially a part of the buisness. Accountants are the ones who take money to the lender, calculate daily income and give revenue throughout certain periods in time. They're also the financial advisors to the Owners. I beileve that freeplayers should have acess to any of the 9 (or so) skillcapes held by some of those skill masters. Getting level 99 of any skill is, undoubtedly, and very tedious endeavor, however, totally free players also have a tough time (and in certian cases have it a bit harder than members, due to some of the very best coaching approaches being members only).

Though it is very hard for freeplayers (and associates for that matter), it can still be done, and I beileve any freeplayer who manages to perform this ought to be rewarded the same as anyyone.
