Buster Quests are a very important part of Episode 5, with PSO2 Meseta many of the story's battle quests using their mechanisms. These new quests are also available at the pursuit counter and can be done with the eight-player multiparty. They are very similar to the Apprentice Urgent Quest, where players must work together to safeguard towers out of oncoming enemies. However, there are plenty of new mechanics that make this new with how it is more siege-like. After shielding the towers, weapons are set up and have to be shielded to breach the castle at the other end of the field. When it is breached, everyone has to make their way into the boss -- that the castle itself. Buster Quests get gradually harder as their level can be built up such as Extreme Quests. Obviously, new quests mean new items, but there are also new awards to be got and a new shop to cooperate with them.
There is plenty of new content with Episode 5 to keep players active, and the narrative is back to being centered around ARKS and combating the Dark Falz. Alongside all these exciting new features, new things and Scratch Tickets will also be out, and fresh Urgent Quests will be on the way to freshen up things in PSO2. There are still lots of details to be revealed as time goes , but some major things like combat and the planet are much clearer. Not much was mentioned about the current game as well as the upgrade coming alongside NG's launch aside from the graphic update, which will be looking fantastic.
Maps are no longer divided up into areas with loading screens. NG is going to have an entirely open world in the home base to the area. The TGS footage showed off a beautiful new world that is a substantial update from the current game. Blades of grass blow in the end, lush forests lie on the other side of valleys and frosty mountains could be viewed in the distance. Arai cites that different areas can be attained easily by simply exposing the entire world. It looks like that is the planet Naberious from the current game, with forests being adjacent to tundra and different regions. Areas continue to be technically split up, but there is no loading between them. While it hasn't been directly said, an open world like this implies there may not be single party areas . Many shown in the footage were multi-party areas where there were other players. The cap for multi-party areas continues to be lowered to eight down from twelve at the current PSO2, but who you see will differ from area to area.
Weather is making a much better comeback as it changes dynamically and may affect the battlefield, even though the size of the effect wasn't spoken of. Time will also change, and footage showed some nice touches such as fireflies in the woods at night. There is no word on quick travel, vehicles or mounts nevertheless, but Sega has implemented several new methods for players to buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta move fast across this new world. Players will have the ability to run quicker following a dodge both in and out of combat. A blue series follows underfoot, so you'll know you're doing it right once you see it.
