Around 25k+ exp an hour, nice and affordable, you do not need to focus much. Soul wars is simply great for level 85+ stats to get acceptable exp rates. Also chinning in soul wars with sacred clay is... amazing:ice: Trust me I'd like 500 holy clay points left from my yeah, also purchased like 2000 chins:wub: Anyways now.

Ammo- Anything below iron for arrows (or mithril), but I say not to utilize a msb, since no defense defence. Any bolts below steel due to price. Any knives under iron is economical. Or metal darts (Surprisingly great ). Kebbit bolts, inexpensive ones. Weapons- I say when I was training my range off and on with these methods (I trained many with sacred clay+cannon [like 600k exp an hour readily 1exp to 4gp reduction LOL, that is why I'd spare sc pts]) I'd certainly reccomend steel darts or a hunterscrossbow (rapid) They're cheap to use and effective exp. Steel darts and the hunters rammed in round precisely the exact same exp at high levels 40k+, darts sometimes marginally higher.

MSB with mithril arrows, I took in harm more - wasn't worth it. Bronze knives, yes a lot of individuals suggest them, but they really are worse then seekers crossbow, or the steel darts due to precision. Crossbow, with wide bolts this can be a nice thing + spirit wars, but you want to aim for low levels who have LOW defence // heaps of exp, may want zanicks crossbow(exp from crossbow alone is TOO slow). Chinning, in soul wars chinning the reduced levels is great at virtually any level, but pricey unless you have mounds of sacred clay pts.

Next, I'll be cooking Swordfish from 86-90 Cooking. So supposing I need to cook 12,490 Swordfish to buy RuneScape gold go from 86-90 Cooking, it will cost me just 312,250 because 12,490*25 equals that. My 3rd measure would be cooking Monkfish from 90-94 Cooking. My last step is Sharks out of 94-99. They're a 46gp gap so cooking 24,238 will just shed me 1,114,948.
