2K developers were affected in a major way needing to...

Sounds fairly promising in concept! I am particularly interested in the brand new method of shooting, which I've always found a bit fussy in the NBA 2K games. Want to test out the new mechanisms before NBA MT Coins launches in September? NBA 2K21 hits the hardwood on PC, Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Stadia on September 4. Next-gen Xbox Series X and PS5 versions are also planned.

Through time, 2K was known to flood August with information about the upcoming version of NBA 2K in what seems like a last-minute rush. It's hard to argue with their results in the sales standpoint as the match has cleared 10 million units sold each of the last few decades. Even with that history, the data release, or the absence thereof, is noticeable. The entire year has been a peculiar one in virtually every way, therefore delays are understandable. The coronavirus has wreaked havoc around the world and for a time, 2K developers were affected in a major way needing to operate from home.

If COVID-19 has everything operating behind, disclosing that information wouldn't be a bad idea, and it's unlikely to give an image of vulnerability. It is not hard to find that lovers are getting info late on a match 2K expects that they pre-pay for in the next few months, even if they have not already.

In 2019, we found screenshots on July 15. The unveiling of the soundtrack for NBA 2K21 occurred on July 27. Last year, the same information was available on July 20 to get NBA 2K20. The MyGM/MyLeague blog is generally a staple for the early portion of the 2K information fall. Back in 2019, it was released on July 29. We haven't noticed for NBA 2K21.

The current-gen gameplay trailer for NBA 2K21 was released on August 6, which is a full week after it arrived for NBA 2K20. Usually, a gameplay site follows the release of this trailer, and that would make sense as a few things were teased in the brief preview. That makes you wonder when or if a MyGM/MyLeague blog is coming, which consequently creates concern over how much has been achieved to improve the franchise modes in 2K.

Hopefully, this delay is merely the latest breadcrumb strategy, but at some point it begins to feel as if we're becoming a little too secretive and Cheap 2K MT not maintaining a dedicated fanbase informed about another product which people are undoubtedly prepared to sink loads of time and money into again this season.
